Amscor can design a unit to fit the space that meets your requirements. Amscor works with its customers to manufacture the unit for your space as well as applying your ideas to the structure.
The Downtown Line of Steel is the basic unit used by an endless number of people. The three types of styles offered are closed style, open style, and bin storage. Divider shelves can be added to this unit to create a storage unit that separates its contents. Plastic shelf sides can also be added to allow a layer of protection while still being able to see your contents.
Wire Partition Cages are a great way to store products inside a free standing unit with security enclosures and they have the ability to divide large buildings into smaller segments. Security cages can be used for storage of very important items or to protect all types of product. Amscor has a modular design that has about twenty stock partition panels, and follows the building block approach. Used to construct maintenance cages, machine guarding, tool cribs, free-standing storage areas and even server enclosures.

Sides and back are made from 22 gauge, 20 gauge or 18 gauge sheet metal material.
Reinforcing bars:
Manufactured from 12 gauge steel.

With a 1" x 1" 12 gauge reinforcing angle (rebar) placed into the front flange of the shelf

With rebars placed into the front and rear flanges of the shelf
With rebars placed into the front and rear shelf flanges, plus a thrid rebar (double notched) across the center of the shelf from front to back
Class IV
Class V
With metered rebars placed into all four (4) shelf flanges
With metered rebars placed into all four (4) shelf flanges, plus a fifth rebar (double notched) accress the center of the same shelf from front to back
