Archival shelving is available in many sizes made for many types of archival needs ranging from light weight to super heavy duty. Archival box shelving is typically 42" wide to accommodate three boxes per shelving and 15 inches deep for single sided or 30 inches deep for double sided. You could consider 16" deep for singe sided and 32" deep for double sided as this will allow a better fit for typical 15" deep archival boxes with tops but still the standard is 15 and 30 inch units.
