Flexi-Bins are specially made to hold smaller parts. They are often used for storage in auto shops. Flexi-Bins have adjustable shelves and dividers, making it easy to adjust them to fit your needs. The dividers help to make each section perfect for what the shelf will be holding. Even though they are designed to hold small parts, Flexi-Bins are still sturdy and can hold a lot of weight.

Preconfigured Shelving with Bins

Bench Racks 
Measures 36" L x 8" W x 19" H and 27" L x 8" W x 21" H. Both bench racks are available in 3 preconfigured choices. Bench racks can be joined together to form continuous systems. Bins available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Ivory, or Black. One bin color per unit. 

Louvered Panels 
Measures 36" L x 19" H and 18" L x 19" H. Each available in 3 configurations. Bins available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Ivory, or Black. One bin color per unit. 

Single Sided Unit 
Measures 36" L x 15" W x 53" H, 250 lb. cap. Available in 3 different configurations. Bins are available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Ivory and Black. One bin color per unit. 

Double Sided Unit 
Measures 36" L x 25" W x 53" H, 500 lb. cap. Available in 3 different configurations. Mobilize double sided unit with the addition of HQRU-MOB . Bins are available in Blue, Yellow, Red, Green, Ivory and Black. One bin color per unit.

Gravity Flow Hopper Bin Shelving

Unique, rotational-molded hopper provides an exceptional amount of product storage. Easy to fill and the generous picking area provides easy access to the loaded product while keeping it neatly contained. The Gravity Hopper Floor Rack is made from 13 gauge steel with adjustable rail heights. The Floor Rack holds 9 large or 12 small hoppers on each side. Small hoppers are Blue and include divider. Large hoppers available in Red and Blue.

Large storage cabinets have fully welded piano hinges. H3501-DLP-PB-96-2S-95 features louvered panels on doors to allow for bin storage of small parts and HEMDC-482472-PB-2S-95 features punched diamond pattern on doors for visibility and ventilation. Cabinets have two shelves that adjust on 4" centers - no tools required - and hold up to 700-900 lbs. (weight evenly distributed) and feature a 3-point locking system with keyed handle and 5/16" dia. lock rods. Available in Gray powder coat finish. Ships fully assembled.
