Drove to INL in Idaho falls to do 6 month maintenance checks on all of their times 2 speed files, one mobile carrage system and 6 kardex storage systems. Drove back to salt lake city and went to the LDS conference center and serviced a megastar system
A megastar machine at hill air force base crashed due to lack of maintenance. Offered them a maintenance contract to prevent from happening.
Installed one x2 speed file in toole Utah health department. Also went out to Orem to install jaken shelving in Internet based warehouse. Finished off mobile unit in American fork
Removed tray from megalift that got caught by the extractor table. Could have been caused by someone going inside the machine and pulling the tray out slightly to retrieve product. After cutting the damaged tray out of the machine, we measured spacing and all the vital dimentions. Made some offsets to have it running back at an optimal level
Re installed file shelving at American fork court house. Everything went smoothly. Installed 24 sections in newly remodeled room and will go back Wednesday to install a mobile carrage system in same location
Reset specs on a megastar storage system. Tightened chains and releveled extractor table. Also did diagnostic work
Went to local installs to do preventative maintenance on mobile storage systems. Tightened up concrete ancors and making sure they are all fully functioning.
Went to service call at hill air force base. Extractor table was not finding park position. Needs decoder and frequency converter. Despised of an old carrier system
Did prev. Maintenance on megalift (stack shelving system) at hill AFB. Checked all sensors and moving parts for functionality.
Went out to local salt lake office buildings for atternys and courts to do preventative maintenance on their times two speed files and on carage mobile systems. Found a few things that were slightly loose due to regular wear and tear but no issues. Tightened and replaced some screws.
