Worked at hill airforce base. Shutter doors came out of alignment and needed to be adjusted. Made the corrections to the access doors and drilled a hole to put in a drift pin to hold drive shaft for doors in place. Also repaced a computer CPU in another shuttle due to possible manufacturer defect. Reset all perameters and runs smoothly now
Worked up at hill air force base today to replace a burnt up door motor on a remstar storage system. After motor also reinstalled the automatic shutter doors and adjusted them to work smoothly.
Went to the new coldwater creek department store to finish installing their mobile carrage system. We adjusted the hanging shelf levels to better suit the customers needs. Also payed a visit to the south salt lake police department to evaluate their existing shelving so that they may use the space they have more effectivly. Finished out the day at hill AFB to look at a automated storage machine that had errors
Went up to hill air force base and went through some basic opperations of the remstar automated shelving machines. An error was called up and we went through some perameters to re learn the machine where it zeros out. After completing several dozen shelf callups, everything was functoning properly again.
Worked at American fork court house today to disassemble 40 sections of stationary shelving. It went very smoothly. Everything will be stored in out warehouse unroll their remodel is complete and the shelving will be reinstalled in a new location within the building
We finished installing the retriever storage systems and are going through the keening process to teach the machine all the different shelf levels and making adjustments to allow it to retrieve trays as smoothly as possible
Installed mobile shelving unit at pope afb. Ran into complications with metal plates in the flooring. Smooth install after rail was installed around plates. The units rolled on the track very smoothly.
