TZA-1500
NAVIGATION: GUIDANCE SYSTEM:
The Guidance System used in an AutoMotion Cart
System is either Magnetic, Optical, or a combination
of both Optical and Magnetic.
This navigation method is Ideal in applications requiring
the flexibility of regular guide path changes.
It is accurate to plus or minus 10 mm and changes
can be made real time.
No training is required to implement guide path
changes or to create entirely new guide paths.
Multiple guide paths or guide path spurs can be created
and utilized with this fully programmable TZA-
1500 cart system.
Stationary conveyors become a part of the guide
path when using a TZA-1500 Roller Deck Vehicle.
The vehicle simply pulls up along side the stationary
conveyor, performs a hand shake, and then transfers
the load to or from that stationary equipment.
The carts have an onboard optical device to manage
the handshake between the cart and the stationary
equipment. The optical device can also control the
input to the stationary device to power up and then
to power down the motor controller on that stationary
equipment.
