Nationwide Shelving at 800-326-4403 dismateled shelving at the 4th district court in Salt Lake. Our customer wrote, The group were very polite and willing to accommodate our needs. They prefoprmed the disamteling in such a way they did not disrupt court proceedings or other matters going on at the court. We appreciate their hard work today!
Did prev. Maintenance on megalift (stack shelving system) at hill AFB. Checked all sensors and moving parts for functionality.
Went out to local salt lake office buildings for atternys and courts to do preventative maintenance on their times two speed files and on carage mobile systems. Found a few things that were slightly loose due to regular wear and tear but no issues. Tightened and replaced some screws.
Worked at hill airforce base. Shutter doors came out of alignment and needed to be adjusted. Made the corrections to the access doors and drilled a hole to put in a drift pin to hold drive shaft for doors in place. Also repaced a computer CPU in another shuttle due to possible manufacturer defect. Reset all perameters and runs smoothly now
We replaced a faulty ECU on a Remstar shuttle and also fixed a manufacutre error on a door. The ECU was not bad, learning the machine went well and everything went smooth, however the door was a bit tricky. We had to even out both sides of he shutter, drill a hole in the drive shaft and then put in our own drive pin in.
We did an install of a door motor on a Megastar FSE megalift. It took three of us and a half day to get old motor out, new one in and reistallation of the door.
Worked up at hill air force base today to replace a burnt up door motor on a remstar storage system. After motor also reinstalled the automatic shutter doors and adjusted them to work smoothly.
Went to the new coldwater creek department store to finish installing their mobile carrage system. We adjusted the hanging shelf levels to better suit the customers needs. Also payed a visit to the south salt lake police department to evaluate their existing shelving so that they may use the space they have more effectivly. Finished out the day at hill AFB to look at a automated storage machine that had errors
We went to the south salt lake police department to help a customer to determine if he could shorten part of the carrage on three carrages of the system so his secritary could have more room around her desk.
