We diagnosed a problem on a 25B Megalift that caused the Encoder and possibly the Frequency Converter to go out.
We replaced a faulty ECU on a Remstar shuttle and also fixed a manufacutre error on a door. The ECU was not bad, learning the machine went well and everything went smooth, however the door was a bit tricky. We had to even out both sides of he shutter, drill a hole in the drive shaft and then put in our own drive pin in.
We did an install of a door motor on a Megastar FSE megalift. It took three of us and a half day to get old motor out, new one in and reistallation of the door.
Today we finished building, initializing and setting parameters on the three shuttles.
We just about finished up the third shuttle and are about ready to turn them on.
We started assembling our second machine in the building and got pretty far. Back walls are up, extractor table is in, back pannels are on and its level and square.
Were just about done with 1 out of the 3 shuttles we are building. Yesterday was a pain cause we were fighing with a tentioner on the belt but we did get it and finished the outter frame.
A lot of people get these two machines mixed up. They are in a couple ways the same but for the most part they are two totally different machines. The Lektriever is a carousel machine that goes in a big oval shape and only offers a certain amount of storage where the Remstars do have there version of that but they also have the “lift” or also refered to an “Automated Retrieval System” which can store an amazing amout of product and measures height of product and stores it accordingly.
We have started to assemble a 109 inch tall shuttle on Hill A.F.B. Luckely our working conditons are not bad and were able to get stuff done as fast as we can. The machine looks really good so far.
