Clearance for handling is also more sufficient. Any load or storage slot is immediately accessible on a cantilever Rack. Cantilever Rack can store nearly any type of load, especially long, bulk, or oddly shaped loads. Heavy duty cantilever Rack are ideal for storing tubes, bar stock or other long materials.

Cantilever Rack are designed to organize and protect products and inventory by keeping them off the floor, utilizing the vertical ceiling height, and provide an efficient method of categorizing and storing various products in your warehouse. Cantilever Rack can be built with single or double-sided towers. Examples of both can be seen in the pictures to the left.

Specifications, Sizes and Dimensions of Cantilever Rack

Cantilever Rack from Jaken are available with either single sided or double sided bases. Columns are available in 8’, 10’, or 12’ high. Arms are available in 24”, 36”, or 48”. Two bases per column, and one brace set and arms are required to make one free standing starter unit. Additional sections can be added to starter units by purchasing one additional base / column, one brace set, and arms. Components feature 14 gauge construction. Medium duty cantilever Rack are ideal for storing long products such as bars, pipes, and rods. Jaken medium duty cantilever Rack are available as either a single or double sided unit. All units are 79” tall. Arms are adjustable in 1 ½” increments. Choose either 12”, 18”, or 24” arms. Angled arms and welded end-stops provide secure/safe storage of extra-long stock. Units assemble in less than 10 minutes.
