Drawer units are designed with 20 gauge steel on full extension ball bearing steel slides. Each is equipped with a padlock loop and small parts tray. Door cabinets include keyed handle and adjustable shelf. HFDB series contain 1 file drawer and 2 box drawers on each pedestal. All units are 34” overall height with No. 6 base. Shelves adjust easily in 2" increments using front and back shelf clips to relieve the stress from the sides and adding strength to hold up to 200 lbs. Available in Heavy-Duty and Extra Heavy-Duty models for both our Classic and Galvanite™ corrosion resistant series. Heavy-Duty cabinets are fabricated from 16 gauge sheet steel. Extra Heavy-Duty cabinets are fabricated from 14 gauge steel which is 25% thicker than 16 gauge providing maximum durability. Classic Series cabinets are fabricated from cold rolled sheet steel and are designed for use in non-corrosive environments. Galvanite™ series cabinets are fabricated from galvanneal sheet steel providing protection against high-humidity and moist environments.
