AWI Warehouse Pallet Rack with Wire Deck

Project Manager Cody Hartman was assigned the project to install pallet rack at AWI 479 West Universal Circle in Sandy Utah 84070. The rack included one ten foot long by 12 feet high section and one 12 foot long section by 12 foot high section of pallet rack. Four beams to make two levels per section. Sections were anchored with Hilti's new Quick Con fasteners. (8 per frame) They are 1/2' diameter and drilled into the concrete 5" deep which meets Utah seismic code for the installation of rack. Wire deck was used to finish the decking.
