The Emery County Attorney's Office prosecutes crimes committed within Emery County through the Emery County Justice Courts, Seventh Judicial District Court and Juvenile Court. If you need a court-appointed attorney for criminal cases, contact the court for an application.
The County Attorney advises the Emery County Commission on official county matters. The County Attorney does not handle private civil matters. Contact a private attorney.
