THE CLIENT: Inno-Vita

THE SITUATION:

Inno-Vita owns a warehouse that stores vitamin supplement products, which already had been stacked on heavy duty storage racks provided by NationWide Shelving. Due to an increase of inventory, space for storage had been expanded and needed to be filled with more rack systems that could hold bulk packages of vitamin supplements.

THE SOLUTION:

High quality and great value racks for supplement storage was distributed by the NationWide Shelving sales team and installation staff, which expanded and withheld more of Inno-Vita's supplement products. This expansion of storage was a great solution for them since they were already satisfied with the previous storage rack system, plus the design and construction was recently improved with more sturdy and heavy duty steel qualities.

Most of Inno-Vita's existing rack storage systems had particle board for deck levels, but some consisted of wire decking. With this most recent installation, wire decking was requested for all of the rack levels because it was much easier to load and unload supplement product storage packages compared to the original decks

The Feature: Roll formed columns and beams with base plates are fully welded for heavy-duty bracing to ensure structural strength and integrity, which comes in a variety of sizes and weight capacities.

The Advantage: No matter what is being stored, such as vitamin supplements in bulk packages, storage racks supplied by NationWide Shelving are able to adapt and adjust to different storage weights and sizes.
