Octopus "S" Series

The “S” Series is the fully automated pallet stretch wrap option. The steel frame of the “S” Series allows this stretch wrapper to perform at high speeds, without causing any disruption. It is one of the most dependable stretch wrappers and requires little upkeep. The pallet stays in place while the machine rotates around the pallet and wraps the film around it from top to the bottom. What makes this machine fully automated is the use of conveyors to load and unload the pallet.

Octopus "TWIN" Series

The “TWIN” Series is like having two fully automated “S” Series going at the same time, which doubles the speed. It uses two separate wraps going at the same time. It is capable of a range of wrap patterns that would not be possible with a single wrap machine. The machine can act as a single wrap, which can be used as a backup if one of them malfunctions. This can be very important to keep a continued flow of production.  The infrared photo-eyes can automatically adjust for abnormal pallet sizes.

Cobra G Rotary Arm

GW-1200

The GW-1200 is a turntable style stretch wrapper. The turntable spins the pallet around while the machine stays still and wraps the pallet.

GW-4100

The GW-4100 is a fully automatic stretch wrapper. This stretch wrapper is able to wind around the pallet completely wrapping it from the bottom to the top. The machine uses a wheel to guide the wrapper around the pallet, making it completely automated.

Semi-Automatic Stretch Wrap Equipment:
Raptor HPL

The Raptor HPL is a stretch wrapper that uses turntable technology. This machine is used for heavier pallets as well as product advertising.  You are able to advertise your product by wrapping the pallet with the brand logo. The pallet is placed onto the machine’s turntable and turns the pallet, covering it in stretch wrap.

Automatic Stretch Wrap Equipment:
Raptor 1525CN

The Raptor 1525CN is a completely automated turntable stretch wrapper. This machine uses a conveyor to make it fully automated. The conveyor brings the pallet to the center turntable. The turntable that proceeds to spin the pallet and wrap the pallet with stretch wrap. After the pallet is finished being wrapped, the conveyor brings it on its way.

The Cobra 1525A is a robotic arm that wraps itself around the pallet in order to completely wrap the pallet with stretch wrap. This is a high quality machine for heavy duty operations.

Cobra 1525CN

The Cobra 1525CN is an automatic robotic arm stretch wrapper. It uses a conveyor to move the pallet to the robotic arm that then proceeds to rotate around the pallet completely wrapping it from bottom to top.

Lachenmeier Stretch Hood Wrap Equipment:
Power Flex T1

The Power Flex T1 is a wrapping machine that uses stretch hood wraps rather than stretch wrapping. The machine lowers the plastic hood over the pallet and lowers it to the bottom of the pallet. It is used mainly for alike sized pallets. It is very similar to putting an air tight bag over the pallet to cover the entire pallet. The wrapping machine is a light weight, economic option.

Multi FleX1

The Multi FleX1 is a stretch wrapping machine that uses stretch hood rolls. This wrap machine is used mainly for companies that want more flexibility with their stretch hood wrapping. The machine is capable of being adjusting to fit the size of the pallet. It is very similar to putting an air tight bag over the pallet to cover the entire pallet. The wrapping machine is a medium weight, reasonably priced option.

Multi FleXL

The Multi FleXL is a stretch hood stretch wrapper that is designed to be able of wrapping larger pallet loads. This machine uses a stretch hood technology that is used to go over the top of the pallet and completely cover it from the top to the bottom. It is very similar to putting an air tight bag over the pallet to cover the entire pallet. The wrapping machine is a heavy duty option.
