Anti-collapse Systems

The Troax Anti-collapse system was designed to be a durable option for situations with the possibly of product being knocked off, falling over, and/or accidents are a main concern. It can withstand impacts of up to 1,475.1 foot-pound force which is an equivalent to a pendulum weighting 220.5 lbs that is moving at 14.3 mph. It is made of fully welded steel frames.  Troax has three panel options available to accommodate different levels of protection. The Anti-collapse panels fit the most pallet rack by using the Troax sturdy, easy to mount, brackets.

Panels

The Troax Anti-collapse system uses mesh panels as the foundation of their design. There are three options available that will accommodate various types of products being stored. Various pallet rack systems are compatible and can be combined this the Troax Anti-collapse system. The panels come in various sizes from 3' 7" to 7' 2" high and 2' 3.6" to 4' 11.1" in wide. The standard color of the see through mesh panels are gray, but other colors are available.

Accessories

By using the Troax Anti-collapse accessories you can customize the system to fit your warehousing space. Most pallet rack is compatible with the Anti-collapse mesh by using the bracket accessories and mounting it to it.  It uses fixings and fasteners to complete the system. If the standard measurements of the panels won’t work, a series of accessories can be used to modify the system to fit perfectly.
