Troax designed their machine guarding system to be in accordance with the following requirements: the American ANSI/RIA standards, the Canadian CSA Standards, and the European Machinery Directive 2006/24/EC. Quality Testing
Troax is always working to improve their products and system solutions. The panels, posts and brackets are tested and meet the impacts required in for the standard ISO 14120. The tests are accomplished by dropping weights on to the system. The weight resistance is equivalent to forces of 227.9 foot-pound force and up to 1,475.1 foot-pound force. For instance, an impact of 1,180.1 foot-pound force is equal to 220.5 lbs striking the system at 12.4 mph.
The documents below are the result of quality and safety tests that were conducted on the panels, posts and brackets. It will show what impacts/forces it has be subjected to and what energy it is able to withstand.
