The Machine Guarding Components

Troax panels and posts are made of high quality steel, a robot produces it which ensures a dependable high quality. Panels, posts and their bracket system has been tested to withstand impacts from 228 foot-pound force up to 1,475 foot-pound force.

Mesh Panels

The machine guarding frames com in two widths, ST20: 0.75" x 0.75" and ST30: 1.1"x 0.78". They have the classic wire mesh look and size of 0.78" x 3.9".

Polycarbonate Panels

If an overview of the production line is desired the Transparent ST PC polycarbonate panel is recommended. It will defend against debris and waste from harming employees and machines.

Sheet Metal Panels

Customer who are welding in their warehouse or prefer solid panels should get the URSP sheet metal panels.

Posts

2.4" x 1.6" is the standard size post and it comes in three heights: 4' 7.1", 7' 2.6" and 9' 10". The base is welded to reinforce its construction. 3.1" x 3.1" post is the larger size and should be used in areas where there is a greater risk of collision or impact with objects and machines.

Customization

Desired dimensions are possible because of the customization the panels and post allow. Panels can be order in the desired size. Although, the custom kits make it possible to modify it to perfectly fit the space. Post can also be made to order. Troax keeps the standard size panels and posts in stock for quick delivery. (The standard color is gray)

Surface Treatment

Gray or Black powder coated paint is the standard color on the panels. A few colors Troax offers for the posts are black, yellow, or gray powder paint. Although, different colors are available but may take 1-2 weeks to produce. Mesh panels and posts suitable for humid and wet environments are stocked.
