Hanel Rotomat Automotive Vertical Carousels

Hanel’s Rotomat Automotive Vertical Carousels were made specifically for automotive dealers to maximize space and increase inventory accuracy. The system can store workshop, tools and small parts. Hanel’s Rotomat securely stores inventory; only authorized user can withdraw product and inventory. Automotive dealers can save valuable space to make room for other customer service needs. It takes less time to find the product because the machine brings the items to the user automatically by a touch of a button.

Hanel’s Vertical Carousels stores product on rotating shelves, much like a Ferris Wheel. Product is stored and retrieved from one safe and convenient access bay. Since the system stores the product for the user there is a less chance the user must reach in high spots which makes the workspace much safer. When the user is ready to store their product, the user will choose from a set list of storage locations and choses a quantity. The Vertical Carousel will begin to rotate and will automatically find the specific location and store it. To retrieve the product, the Vertical Carousel will keep track of where the user chose to store the product and will rotate the carousel to bring the selected product to the access bay. By using Hanel’s Vertical Carousel the user can store more product vertically thus freeing additional floor space for more useful applications such as service bays or customer service centers.
