Mobile Track System

Aisle-Savers Synergy Series Track Systems, The track system can be recessed in almost any type of flooring, concrete installations, decking, or mounted on top of the floor to meet wants and needs. Overlapping is secured and gives great horizontal and vertical alignment and gives even load transfers. Maximum capacity loads designed for this unit reach 1,000 lbs. per linear carriage ft. Lengths of carriage systems range anywhere between 3’ to 60’. Carriage widths range from 12” to 60”. Carriages are designed with 12-gauge cold rolled steel that has features such as side channels, torsion channels, and cross members for added strength and sturdiness.

Multi-Level Systems & Mezzanines

Multi-Level Systems:

The multi-level system can double or even triple the storage capacity within your facility. This system is designed to use existing overhead space that is not being used and creates the ultimate space saving unit. With the multi-level system a customer saves thousands of dollars by not having to build a new construction of the facility. Full-Mat / Catwalk Shelving Systems:

This features ads a second level or “Second floor” that is built over the lower level. Thus allowing full access to unlimited placement of shelving and no post to post match up is required.

Catwalk aisles are attached to themselves and the second floor or shelving and do require post to post match up between levels; however, it makes it less expensive to build.

Freestanding Mezzanines:

Freestanding Mezzanines maximizes the use of floor space and provide needed production, assembly, or storage/office areas. These units are great for maximizing the amount of space at your workshop/workplace by allowing you to store so much more than what was thought possible. The second level of structure can be used for shelving space as well as can be turned into smaller upstairs offices.

Boltless Shelves: Rivet-Span

Rivet-Span is constructed without any bolts or clips and can store just about anything you might need it too. It is extremely easy to assemble but can hold loads of weight at a time and it is a span shelving so the spans/depths are wider and much better! Its quick labor and saves installation set up costs and sizing eliminates cost decking for cutting charges. It has a secured double key hole and shoulder river connections. Modular Drawer Cabinets

Borroughs Modular Drawer Cabinets are the new way of storing and save space in your workspace. The drawer cabinets are designed for a 12,500 lb. stacking capacity as well as being able to lift 7500 lbs.  The removable lock cores allow for re-keying of cabinets without having to disassemble them if the keys ever get stolen and get lost. The cabinets are starting at 30” wide and start at 55”, 44”, and 33”. The other size available for wider drawers is 45” at start at 33”, 44” and 55”.

Pre-Configured Modular Drawer Cabinets are a great way to store small to mid-size items. Modular Drawers can save up to 60% of storage footprint. 16 sections of shelving ( 36' w x 24' d x 84') can fit inside 6 modular drawer cabinets.

Weapons Racks & Storage

Boroughs is the only U.S. manufacturer that has heavy duty 14 and 16 gauge steel construction and the only cabinet that can hold 16 rifles across. The cabinet requires fewer welds and enhances strength and structural integrity. The 16 gauge doors provide the best of security and are usually preferred because of the quick sight inventory feature. Doors have a three point locking system with padlock hasps as well as the option of sliding or hinged doors. Unit can also have brackets, shelving, or pistol posts for multiple weapons.  This unit can be reconfigured or expanded to meet growth or requirements of growing facility.

Each drawer unit holds as much as five bin units and holds up to 400lb capacity per drawer. Faster parts picking allows technicians to find exactly what they want quickly and accessibly. The units sizes are 36”, 48” W  x 18”, 24” D and each of the shelves have four sizes as well as four different height choices.
