Flow-Rail Pallet Storage System:
Non-Continuous Chain

Characteristics:

• The chain length is slightly longer than the track
• The chain is underneath the rail when the lane is almost empty
• The front posts have tape guides
• The flag (or yellow indicator) retracts to indicate then the lane is full

Operational Features:

• The chains will not move when the first pallet is loaded in the lane. The tape marker on the front post is where a pallet must enter.
• In the unloading process, all the pallets (including the last one) need to be dragged-out of the system to reset shaince to start position
