Advance Manufacturing is a company that sells high tech items. The Customer is a OEM component and assembly manufacturing company. They offer tools such as Lathe-Mill turning, Swiss Turning, Vertical and Horizontal Milling, Automated Dimensional Inspection, Inspection Tooling, and Parts.

Advance Manufacturing Technology needed a place where they could secure expensive products for their company.

ABOUT THE PRODUCT:

SpaceGuard has created a new and unique design for their Security Cage. The Security Cage is designed to keep things locked away or keep unwanted contact from coming in. It is held together by three lines of unique wire partitions and it also has a customized door which is also made of the wire partition. It has a covered wire partition ceiling and posts are held up by panel-to-post connections. The posts have base shoe floor connections which hold the poles sturdy to the ground. The SpaceGuard Security Cage is completely customizable to fit any accommodations and is the ultimate unit for security.

Standard gray material stocks in 7’, 8’, 10’ are always stocked and shipment and can be shipped within 24-48 hours. Standard sizes go by widths of 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 feet. The heights are from 7, 8, 10, and 12 feet. The woven wire design permits full visibility and air, light, and heat, circulation. The hardware required for the Security Cage consists of heavy duty ¼” hex head bolts and nuts. ¼” and 3/8” wedged anchors are also provided. The security cage can be used for storing valuables, walk in cooler, liquor enclosures, storage, close off from outside, close off areas, and other uses.

Along with the Security Cage, many unique features can be added to fit accommodations. Four available options are presented when choosing doors; hinged, hinged-dutch, bi-parting hinged, and slide/bi parting slide doors. Sliding doors can be added to your security cage. The sliding doors are constructed for mounting inside or outside of the wire partition. The doors are equipped with two wheel trolleys, enclosed track, and the door guide/lock keeper. Hinged doors are another option for the Security Cage and can be designed to hinge left or right, or in and out. The standard openings for the hinged doors are 7’ high. A slide up window with shelf or a fold down option with bottom hinged sheet metal is also available for your unit.
