Doors and Locks for Existing Security Requirements

The Troax doors are available in hinged, sliding, telescopic and linear doors. The standard widths start from 2' 3.5" up to 13' 1.5" and heights up to 13' 5.4". The doors are considered to be part of the Troax modular system. The system is made up of custom strength and several materials which are metal mesh, sheet metal or polycarbonate.

The doors are delivered in two options: assembled with panels, posts, and locks assembled at the factory or as unassembled panels, posts, and brackets which are very easy to assemble. Troax keeps the door solutions parts in stock. Each door and lock combinations include assembly instructions.

Hinged Doors

Mesh, polycarbonate or sheet metal panels make up the hinged doors. The panel’s widths start from 2' 3.5" up to 4' 11.1" in for single hinged doors and 4' 7.1" to 9' 10.1' for double hinged doors. Heights range from 4' 1.2" to 13' 5.4".

Sliding Doors

The aluminum track keeps the panels in place. The sliding doors come in single our double tracks. Mesh, polycarbonate or sheet metal panels make up the sliding doors. The panel’s widths start from 2' 3.6" up to 4' 11.1" for single hinged doors and 4' 7.1" to 9' 10.1" for double hinged doors. Heights range from 4' 1.2" to 13' 5.4".

Telescopic Sliding Doors

Telescopic sliding doors are attached to a telescopic track at the top and bottom. It is constructed of mesh or polycarbonate panels. The opening is up to 9' 10.1". The telescopic track gives a stable sliding door with access to both above and sides of the panel.

Linear Sliding Doors

The door leaf is on roller bearings at the bottom and top. This creates a passage access above and to the side of the panel. Mesh panels make up this linear sliding door. The widths are up to 13' 1".

Automatic Sliding Doors

One of the options available is a sliding door that is automatic. It has motor from Beason/ASSA ABLOY. It has its own posts and panels. The automatic sliding door widths are up to 19' 8". It is available in single or double doors. The motor that moves the door meets the requirements of the Machinery Directive. There is an option to have the door ordered with a Performance Level E safety switch.

Automatic Quick Roll Doors

RapidProtect 300 makes the quick roll doors from Albany/ASSA ABLOY. It is a type tested machine guarding door that is very durable. The door leaf offers extra protection and it meets the guidelines for machine security. The key feature of this door is that is quickly opens and closes. The performance Level E safety switch is included.

Locks

There are several locks available and it depend on what type of security is desired. A few examples are: euro cylinder locks and simple magnet locks. All of the locks can be upgraded with one or more electronic switches. The following switches are kept in stock: Schmersal, Jakob.ABB, Euchner, GuardMaster Rockwell, and Telemecanique. Although, the following switches can be provided: Sick, Fortess, Pizzato, Pilz, and other manufactures.
