The Troax Anti-collapse system was designed to be a durable option for situations with the possibly of product being knocked off, falling over, and/or accidents are a main concern. It can withstand impacts of up to 1,475.1 foot-pound force which is an equivalent to a pendulum weighting 220.5 lbs that is moving at 14.3 mph. It is made of fully welded steel frames.  Troax has three panel options available to accommodate different levels of protection. The Anti-collapse panels fit the most pallet rack by using the Troax sturdy, easy to mount, brackets.

Panels

The Troax Anti-collapse system uses mesh panels as the foundation of their design. There are three options available that will accommodate various types of products being stored. Various pallet rack systems are compatible and can be combined this the Troax Anti-collapse system. The panels come in various sizes from 3' 7" to 7' 2" high and 2' 3.6" to 4' 11.1" in wide. The standard color of the see through mesh panels are gray, but other colors are available.

Accessories

By using the Troax Anti-collapse accessories you can customize the system to fit your warehousing space. Most pallet rack is compatible with the Anti-collapse mesh by using the bracket accessories and mounting it to it.  It uses fixings and fasteners to complete the system. If the standard measurements of the panels won’t work, a series of accessories can be used to modify the system to fit perfectly.

The Troax shelving is an adaptable storage solution which can be used with the “back stop” and/or dividers. The mesh decking can be customized to fit various sizes or overhang, which is convenient as to not to cover the pallet labels. It can be custom made to fit most needs and is very affordable. Performance Class A

Performance Class A were designed for storing product either separately or on pallets. Class A is the highest level of \safety available from Troax. The maximum strength ratio is 1:200 and a minimum safety factor of 2.0. Both Z-profile and drop-over version are available. The mesh decking meets the requirements of the American Standard ANSI MH26.1-2007.

Performance Class B

There are two things to consider when deciding if Performance Class B is recommended. It should be used if the Pallets are being stored on horizontal beams or if permanent defections is acceptable.  Performance Class B is recommended for light to moderate weight capacity. Although, Performance Class B was designed for the “anti-collapse” applications if fall protection is a main concern and they do not comply with the standard listed above. It is only available as a drop-over and the system’s safety factor of 1.3 minimum.

Mesh Partitions

The Troax Caelum is made of mesh partitions from modular panels of several sizes. It can be made to fit many height, it starts from 2' 7.5" and can go as high as your ceiling. It fits in any type of space and premises, it can be a free standing or it can be anchored to the walls.

The Troax Caelum is very flexible; you can move it, take it apart, and expand it. If you want to expand it, no problem! It is compatible with all the Troax panels, which means your will never have to replace your exciting panels if you decide to upgrade.
The standard color is powder coated gray, but other colors are available, for example, Black or yellow. If color is important, contact Nationwide Shelving, we would be happy to paint it.  It is customizable to fit most areas and is made of fully welded mesh parts.

Doors and Gates

The Troax system includes separate doors & partitions for individuals, and gates for vehicles of various sizes; which is very convenient for industrial and warehouse applications. The sizes start at 7' 2.6" high and can go up to 14' 5.2" high. The factory-mounted hinges and lock cases are supplied with the doors and gates which make for quick and simple installation. The few options available are sliding doors or swing doors on hinges.

The doors and gates are designed from the UX 450 mesh panel. The doors and gates steel frames can be solid or welded mesh. Black, yellow (RAL) is available but the standard color is powder coated gray. If color is significant, please contact Nationwide Shelving to have it painted.

Accessories

The Troax mesh partitions can adapt to your area and what is desired. To create the most effective solution the smart accessories can combine mesh partitions and doors in almost any combination & size. Most industrial and warehouse customers prefer to use the smart accessories to fits the partition system to their space. There are a range of stanchion and mounting accessories that allow a stable and secure install. If the partitions need to be moved quickly or if the width, height, or corner angles need to be adjusted, it is safer and easier to use the smart sections.

There are a few different options of locks for doors and gates. There are manual and automatic locks.
