Troax Classic

The Troax Classic is for applications that do not have high security risks or have protection from the exterior. The Classic wire mesh partitions allows light, air and view from outside the cage. In case of a fire, it can be defused directly though the panels.  The threshold-less door is similar to the leaf of the Troax Medium.

Panels

The UR 350 Panel is for areas with low risk of theft. The partitions offer a light and airy atmosphere. Many customers often like to use the UR 350 partitions to separate areas and machines. The frames are made of welded tubing that is 0.75" x 0.75" and the wire mesh is 0.1". (The same as 3.9" x 2.0" or 2.0" x 2.0")

Doors

The UR350 Door frame is stable and secure thanks to the 1.2" x 0.8" steel tubing and two expertly designed cross tubes. The secure threshold-less doors are especially made to allow access for handicapped individuals. The mesh partitions are 2.0" x 2.0" and are very strong; it is next to impossible to break into by hand. The doors are delivered assembled and are ready to be installed.  The standard color is gray but other colors are available.

Protection from View

When digression is required, it is recommended to get the Type P which is made for corrugated steel sheets. It will protect individuals from viewing inside the cage. It is compatible with UR 350 UX 450 and partitions walls & roofs.

Troax Medium

Troax Medium is a great storage system for apartment building, cellars and attics, where a moderate level of protection is desired. Troax Medium protect against theft and break-ins thanks to its approved locks and reinforced front panels. The wire mesh allows tenants to feel safe because they can see though the panels or see if anyone in the area. The Troax Medium panels allows air, light and view from outside the cage. In case of a fire, it can be defused directly though the wire mesh.

Panels

If a moderate level of protections is desired the Troax Medium UX 450 mesh panel is recommended. The Troax UX 450 can protect against break-ins because it has stable mesh partitions. The mesh is press welded 3" x 3.75" wire and the tubing is 1.2" x 0.8". The mesh partitions are 2.0" x 2.0" and are really strong; it is next to impossible to break into by hand. The effortless assembly of the UX 450 is customizable and can be made to fit any type of area. The Troax Medium can fit any ceiling height, it also fits both narrow and wide areas. The Troax Medium is compatible with Troax UX550 and Troax UR350.

Doors

The UX 450 mesh panels are compatible with the Troax Medium system with a UX 450 door included. The doors should be used in areas with a strong exterior protection. The door can defend against theft and break-ins because of the padlock door and the padlock made specifically for it.  The frame is made of steel tubing that is 1.2" x 0.8" and has two cross tubing to make it stronger and secure. The doors are delivered assembled and are ready to be installed. It has no threshold which makes it easily accessible for handicapped and individuals in wheelchairs.

Protection From View

The UR SP is a panel that is solid and it has a high level of protection against break-ins. Since the sheet metal panels are solid, it is impossible to see inside. Most customers use it as a front wall in areas with a moderate level of protection outside.  A solid door is available if wire mesh is not desired. The door has a latch built in for the padlock. The UR SP is compatible with a wide selection of mesh partitions.

Accessories

There are a number of Troax accessories available to adapt to areas that have sloping floors or ceilings. The Step-Free adjustments were made specifically for unique floors or uneven floors. The installation is simple, it has self-tapping screws and a number of different mountings that are easy to assemble. The Snapper mounting is used to fasten panels together. One can fill gaps in the walls and ceiling by using the special sections to customize the panels to fit. A variety of shelving systems and accessories make it possible for flexible placement.

If you desire the most secure system the Troax Safe storage partitions are recommended. The UX 550 mesh panel meets the requirements of the Swedish Theft Prevention Association’s break in protection standard for storage fittings. The Troax Safe systems is made for defenseless areas with a high level of theft and break-ins. Applications such as: storage spaces, apartment buildings, industrial, pam, buggy and cycle storage. The Troax Safe panels allows light, air and view from outside the cage. In case of a fire, it can be defused directly though the wire mesh.

The UX 550 was designed with the emphasis of security and the most advanced & secure mesh panels. There is a special section on the partitions to minimize the risk of break-ins. The Troax Safe has been tested and is in accordance with EN1627-30. A few applications where UX 550 is typically used are storage spaces, apartment buildings, cellars, attics, or spaces where an extra high level of security is desired. The Troax Safe system is customizable and can be used in just about anywhere. The UX 450 and UR 650 Series is compatible with the Troax Safe system.

The Troax Safe system UX550 door was specifically made to be used with the UX 550 mesh panels. The UX550 door has been approved by the Swedish Theft Prevention Association (SSF) and the door should be used in areas where an extra high level of security is desired. The frame is made of steel tubing that is 1.2x0.8 in and has two cross tubing to make it stronger and secure. The Padlock includes a cover that was especially designed to provide extra protection. The Door is 2.0" x 2.0" which is the same as the partition panes. The doors are delivered assembled and are ready to be installed. It has no threshold which makes it easily accessible for handicapped and individuals in wheelchairs.
